Your balance is always there

When you tap on your checking, savings, or money market accounts you will get instant balance information. It is now easier to get the details you need. Your Posted Balance, Pending Transactions, and Available Balance are always displayed at the top of your account—along with their descriptions for a better understanding of your account status.

Answers to commonly asked questions about the new BBVA Mobile Banking app

All of your accounts, transactions, payments & transfers recurring transactions, and Bill Pay payees and scheduled transactions will migrate. Your email alerts will also remain, but if you would like to enable alerts via push notification, you will need to set these up once sign in to the Mobile Banking app. You will also need to re-enable, remember username, Touch ID/Face ID and quick view on the Mobile Banking app if you would like to continue to use these services.

The "I Want To" menu has been replaced with a new navigation bar that opens your most commonly needed features with one tap. You now have faster access to Financial Tools, Add Products, Payments & Transfers (Move Money) and the Assistance Center.

You can tap on any of your accounts from the main accounts screen of the Mobile Banking app to get to your account information. On the Account Details screen, you can then use the blue quick actions bar to access the most commonly used features and functions for that specific product.

No. You can still get to the Find Us feature without signing in. Simply tap the 3-bar mobile menu at the top right of the screen. 

For easier access, the Assistance Center can now be found in the navigation bar at the bottom of your main account screen.

The Financial Tools feature is also accessed using the navigation bar at the bottom of your main account screen.

Add Products is now located in the navigation bar at the bottom of your main account screen. With this function, you can easily open checking accounts, savings accounts, money markets, or CDs right from your phone.

No, you must manually download the BBVA Mobile Banking app.

Yes, the tablet app will stop working on January 12, 2021. We encourage you to download the BBVA Mobile app on your tablet device before that date.

No, you will use the same username and password with the BBVA Mobile Banking app.
