Millennials are perhaps the most overanalyzed and overgeneralized generation in history, and the myths surrounding them are endless.
From “clueless” to “brainy” and “self-obsessed” to “socially conscious,” the stereotypes are often contradictory and range from flattering to derogatory. However, just like any other generation, Millennials are by no means homogenous. Therefore it is essential to take a closer look to debunk these unsubstantiated stereotypes and reveal the potential of this generation.
