Location & Timeline
Currently, we offer 20 intern opportunities throughout our footprint (TX, AZ, CO, CA, AL, FL, or NM). Generally, intern locations are in our larger markets, which include Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; and Houston, TX. Housing is not provided.
Week 1 kicks off with orientation activities, which include line of business overviews, executive speakers, group project assignments, and networking opportunities. During weeks 2-10, you will work in your assigned department with a designated mentor and structured assignments.
Internship concentration areas vary every year. If you’re selected to interview, our recruiter will work with you to identify the internship that best matches your background and interests.
