What is Samsung Pay?
Samsung Pay is a way to pay for purchases in a secure manner with select Samsung devices. It integrates your preferred payment method Samsung Pay Wallet and allows you to make a purchase with your device utilizing a fingerprint or PIN.

What cards are eligible for Samsung Pay?
You may enroll your BBVA Visa® consumer credit cards, BBVA ClearSpend Visa® Prepaid Card, or BBVA Visa® consumer or business check cards, into Samsung Pay.*
Can I enroll any other products in Samsung Pay?
Currently, no other products are eligible for Samsung Pay, but as new products are available, more information will be provided.
Where can I go to find out how to enroll in Samsung Pay?
You can find detailed instructions on how to enroll and use Samsung Pay at http://www.samsung.com/us/samsung-pay/. This will provide you detailed instruction on how to enroll, how to use Samsung Pay and what applications support Samsung Pay.
When I use Samsung Pay, is my card number stored on my phone?
No, your card number is not stored on your phone. Your phone is provided a unique token account number specific to your device and that token is passed to the merchant instead of your card number which provides you with a more secure purchase experience.
I loaded my card but the image is different than the physical card I have in my wallet. Is this right?
Yes. There may be slight variations in the image you see from what your physical card looks like. Keep in mind, the image you see is just a representation of your card and will not impact your purchase ability.
Do my transactions post any differently?
No, any purchases you make will process the same way as they currently do. You can make purchases and returns without any issues in the transaction posting to your account properly.
If I have questions about Samsung Pay and my card, who do I call?
BBVA has representatives ready to answer your questions. If you have specific questions about your Samsung Pay, you may call 1-844-533-8041, and one of our customer representatives will be happy to help you.
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
Samsung has very detailed instructions on how to handle a lost or stolen phone and Samsung Pay. First, if you have Find My Mobile enabled, you can follow the instructions in Find My Mobile to erase your phone. If you do not and you wish to disable your token account number, you can call BBVA at 1-844-533-8041 and we will be happy to assist in disabling the ability to use Samsung Pay on your lost or stolen device.
If my phone is lost and stolen, do I have to change my physical Account Number?
No, since the physical account number is not stored on the device, you do not have to change your account number. However, you will need to disable the token account number assigned by Samsung to avoid anyone using your Samsung Pay functionality on that device.
